Cleans, conditions and controls odour. The soap and shampoo bar wash everything top to bottom in the shower. The deodorant uses magnesium hydroxide to neutralise odour-causing bacteria, not block sweat.

If he's switching from antiperspirant, give the deodorant 1-2 weeks to settle in. The shampoo bar can feel different for the first few washes too - no silicone coating, so hair behaves differently until it adjusts.

Essential oils can irritate some people, so patch test if he's reactive. Otherwise this is built to survive a teenage bathroom - quick to use, hard to get wrong.

Shampoo bar on wet hair - lather, massage, rinse. Soap on body, then rinse. Dry properly, especially underarms. Deodorant: 2-3 swipes, wait 30 seconds, get dressed.
