Shipping policy
We ship throughout the UK and to selected international destinations.
Processing times
Orders are normally prepared and dispatched within 1–2 working days. Orders placed on weekends or UK bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.
During particularly busy periods, dispatch may take slightly longer. We’ll contact you if there is a significant delay.
UK delivery
UK orders over £30 qualify for free standard shipping. Available delivery services and charges for orders below £30 are shown at checkout.
All orders are tracked. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive tracking information using the contact details provided at checkout.
Delivery estimates are shown at checkout and begin from the date of dispatch. These estimates aren’t guaranteed, as occasional carrier delays can happen outside our control.
International delivery
We ship to selected international destinations. Available services, estimated delivery times and shipping charges are shown at checkout.
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees charged by the destination country. These charges aren’t included in our prices or shipping fees and are the customer’s responsibility. Customs processing may also delay delivery.
Incorrect addresses
Please check your delivery address carefully before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We can’t guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been processed or dispatched.
Additional postage charges may apply if an order is returned because the address supplied was incorrect or incomplete.
Delayed, lost or damaged orders
If tracking hasn’t updated for an unusual length of time, or your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us with your order number. We’ll investigate with the delivery carrier and help resolve the issue.
Please report visible damage as soon as possible and include photographs of the parcel and affected products where you can.
