Why we made Teen Spirit

Because most teen products are loud, plasticky and full of synthetic fragrance. This is the alternative: simple, natural, and good enough to build proper habits without making a fuss about it.

What it smells like

Fresh citrus with mint. Lime and spearmint up front, tea tree keeps it clean, and the shampoo bar is lemony and bright. Not bubblegum. Not aggressive “sport”. Just fresh.

How to use

1. Shampoo bar on wet hair. Lather, massage, rinse.
2. Soap on body. Rinse.
3. Dry properly (especially underarms).
4. Deodorant: 2–3 swipes. Wait 30 seconds. Get dressed.

Sodium olivate (olive oil), sodium cocoate (coconut oil), sodium shea butterate, aqua (water), glycerine, sodium castorate (castor oil), sodium chloride, citrus aurantifolia (lime) oil, mentha spicata (spearmint) oil, melaleuca alternifolia (tea tree) oil, limonene*, linalool* (*naturally occurring in essential oils).

Teen Spirit Deodorant:
Maranta arundinacea root powder, cocos nucifera oil, magnesium hydroxide, theobroma cacao seed butter, sodium bicarbonate, prunus amygdalus dulcis oil, euphorbia cerifera cera, citrus aurantifolia (lime) oil, mentha spicata (spearmint) oil, melaleuca alternifolia (tea tree) oil, limonene*, linalool* (*naturally occurring in essential oils).

Teen Spirit Shampoo Bar:
Sodium cocoyl isethionate, hydrogenated vegetable oil, aqua (water), polyglyceryl‑4 laurate, glycerin, cannabis sativa (hemp) seed oil, litsea cubeba (may chang) oil, panthenol (pro‑vitamin B5), tetrasodium glutamate diacetate, limonene*, citral* (*naturally occurring in essential oils).

Good to know

• Deodorant: if he’s switching from antiperspirant, give it 1–2 weeks to settle in.
• Shampoo bar: first 1–3 washes can feel different (no silicone coating). Then it behaves.
• Skin: essential oils can irritate some people — patch test if he’s reactive.
